EM100 Track Cleaner.

Clean the track without taking the whole thing apart.

(1) Clamp drill jig on wheel bracket. Drill two 1/4" holes (do this on two of the wheels)

(2) Install the EM100 on two wheel brackets, install wheel brackets back on door. Remove spring keeper.

This cleaning device will end P.M. time problems caused by having to dismantle the door.

It will enhance your P.M. program now, you will have time to check all the other items that can be charged for. Kit comes complete with drilling jig, mounting screws and a small supply of cleaning pads. These pads are standard and can be purchased locally.
