((1)) Remove top roller or slide track guide.

((2)) Mark location of magnetic catch assy..

((3)) Remove Besam guide, mag. & mag. hold down plate. Return to Optima, Inc., guide and hold down plate for $10.00 Credit.

((4)) (BRF300 Assembly Kit) Roller and shaft, Brass bushing, guide block and shaft screw with lock wash, Mag. hold down plate, Taper block, screw and nut plate.

It is important locktite be used on ((5)) screws.

((5)) Screw brass bushing into lock nut, Locktite and tighten set screw. Install roller in brass bushing, Locktite and tighten lock screw.

((6)) Install magnet hold down plate at marked spot.

((7)) Install magnet.

((8)) Install taper block in slave door leaf, use 1/16" - 1/8" shim as required. (Lip of taper block will keep carrier from moving down.)

((9)) Make sure carrier latches and after manually pushing down on carrier, breaks away and relatches.
